Good design and quality work is the force of our business. This backyard was once just a couple of trees, grass and dirt. Per owner’s design and specifications, CID transformed it into a cosy, modern, clean space, complete with super cool sunk-in Jacuzzi, beautiful deck with angle-running-tiles, gas fire-pit at a center of a cool entertainment area and all outdoor lighting. All surfaces materials were so tastefully chosen and well put together. We are very proud to make this family very happy indeed =). Go CID!

CID master-builders can transform any home into a luxurious living place. This BATHROOM REMODELING project included shower extension, tile-framing a bathtub to create continuity in style and materials. Were also installed a beautiful vanity and bath-tub fixtures, faucet, sink and toilet. A large window was re-framed to let ample sunlight in. The “Rain” style shower head was installed in a frameless shower. Our client and the entire family is very happy indeed.

Room Addition and New Roof in Glendale – CID 2018

Building a ROOM ADDITION is a sure way to add value to any home. Often adding a room is a necessity. This young family – dad, mom and a toddler live in one bedroom plus a small living-room home. With a second child on the way, parents decided to provide additional room to aiming for comfort and growth of the family. Consultation with CID resulted in a comprehensive construction plan that included room addition, new roof and a backyard work, all to be done in a timely and budget-efficient manner. New Roofs for Halsey Preschool Center

The condition of existing roofs at Halsey Infant & Preschool Center were posing safety concerns. The plywood and shingles were in bad shape indeed. As soon as the initial consultation with CID, work/time assessment and contract agreement were finalized, CID started work. We pulled permits, striped existing shingles down to plywood, replaced plywood where needed, supplied and installed water-proofing material and metal flashings, sealed all vents and pipes, pained metal flashings to match roof shingles, supplied and installed rain gutters. Finishing up the project, “Cool-roof” shingles were installed. As always, our work concluded by cleaning up all the debris.
