New Roofs for Halsey Preschool Center
The condition of existing roofs at Halsey Infant & Preschool Center were posing safety concerns. The plywood and shingles were in bad shape indeed. As soon as the initial consultation with CID, work/time assessment and contract agreement were finalized, CID started work. We pulled permits, striped existing shingles down to plywood, replaced plywood where needed, supplied and installed water-proofing material and metal flashings, sealed all vents and pipes, pained metal flashings to match roof shingles, supplied and installed rain gutters. Finishing up the project, “Cool-roof” shingles were installed. As always, our work concluded by cleaning up all the debris. Once the finished project has been inspected by the city, we came for work assessment by the Preschool director. The Preschool director was generously complementing our work, quality of our craftsmanship, reliability of our guarantees and ease of communication throughout the length of the project. She specifically acknowledged our foreman who was always on-site during project and was easily accessible for any questions. The project was done on-time, on-budget. Halsey Infant & Preschool Center in Woodland Hills is very happy indeed! As usual, CID delivered, as promised: Consider it Done!
